Counselling Session 80-Minutes

Booking a counselling session is simple and confidential. You may choose between in-person or online appointments. An 80-minute session may be particularly helpful for individuals who have complex concerns, multiple areas they wish to explore, or who prefer a more spacious, unhurried pace. This extended session allows for deeper exploration, reflection, and integration, without the pressure of time constraints, supporting a more comprehensive and settled therapeutic experience.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking. This helps us reserve your appointment just for you and keeps the schedule running smoothly for everyone. Once your payment is completed, you'll receive an automatic receipt, and your appointment will be fully confirmed.

If you’ve booked an online session, your meeting link will be emailed to you on the day of your appointment.

If you've booked an in-person session, the address is 1/415 Dominion Road, Mt Eden, Auckland 1024, New Zealand. There is free street parking on Elizabeth Street. 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Life happens - if you need to reschedule your appointment, you can do this via the link in your confirmation email. Please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment if you wish to cancel. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
