Taking the first step towards counselling can feel daunting, and this initial session provides a supportive space for us to get to know each other. We will discuss your concerns, explore your goals, and determine how I can best support you on your journey. This session also gives you the opportunity to decide whether Life and Grace Counselling is the right fit for your needs.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of booking. This helps us reserve your appointment just for you and keeps the schedule running smoothly for everyone. Once your payment is completed, you'll receive an automatic receipt, and your appointment will be fully confirmed.
If you’ve booked an online session, your meeting link will be emailed to you on the day of your appointment.
If you've booked an in-person session, the address is 1/415 Dominion Road, Mt Eden, Auckland 1024, New Zealand. There is free street parking on Elizabeth Street.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Life happens - if you need to reschedule your appointment, you can do this via the link in your confirmation email. Please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment if you wish to cancel. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
