At Life & Grace Counselling, we are mindful of the unique life experiences and circumstances of those in later life. To support pensioners, we offer reduced counselling rates. Appointments are simple to arrange and fully confidential. Sessions are available both in person and online, with 60-minute appointments providing a calm, unhurried space to talk, reflect, and receive ongoing support.
