About Me

A safe place to be seen, supported, and gently restored

Hello, my name is Dianne Bradford, and I am the counsellor behind Life & Grace. If you are feeling weary, overwhelmed, or searching for peace and clarity, you are not alone. I offer a safe, compassionate, and Christ-centred space where women can be heard, supported, and gently guided toward healing and restoration.

My Approach

My approach is person-centred and trauma-informed, integrating Christian faith, prayer (when welcomed), and evidence-based therapeutic practices. I believe healing involves the whole person—mind, body, heart, and spirit—and that God’s grace meets us in the midst of our pain.

I don’t believe in “fixing” people. Instead, I walk alongside you with compassion, wisdom, and care—helping you make sense of your experiences, reconnect with your God-given worth, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Areas I Support

I work with women navigating:

Anxiety · Stress & Overwhelm · Grief & Loss · Trauma · Relationship & Marriage Challenges · Identity & Self-Worth · Life Transitions · Spiritual Growth & Faith

You Are Welcome Here

Whether you feel distant from God, are seeking a deeper faith, or simply want counselling that honours your values, you are welcome here.

Together, we will gently work toward healing, strengthen your inner resilience, and help you move forward with faith and hope.
